We pride ourselves on being passionate about early childhood education and play based learning.

At our Early Learning Centres we are committed to engaging educators who are highly qualified and are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for all children.

The early years of a child’s life are a time of incredible growth and learning. We aim to provide opportunities and environments that encourage the children to learn as they discover, explore, create, problem solve, construct, improvise, think and imagine. Our children are our future and we are committed to ensuring that each child in our care has equal opportunity to reach their maximum potential.

Our educators adopt a holistic approach to teaching and learning. We recognise that balanced learning ensures the connectedness of mind, body and spirit. Through our early years programs we plan for children’s physical, personal, social, emotional and cognitive development.

We believe that Indoor and outdoor environments are equally important in supporting all aspects of children’s learning including interactions, spontaneity, enquiry, discovery and creativity. We acknowledge the importance of providing a rich supply of natural materials to provide scope for imagination, connection and appreciation of nature.

Our play spaces are designed to facilitate different learning capacities and learning styles where children can engage in play independently or in collaboration with others.

Our learning environments incorporate a range of open ended materials which invite children to discover and interpret in their own way to make sense of their world.
We believe that we all share a common experience of humanity and we seek to ensure that the children in our centre learn to value others by being valued themselves. We therefore value partnerships with our families and our wider communities and this plays a large part in how our Educators plan for the children’s education each day.

Our educators work collaboratively with local schools to ensure that all children are able to transition to school successfully. There is a sharing of information about each child’s knowledge and skills so that the children’s learning can continue to build on the foundations already established.

The Early Years Framework guides our educators to provide children with a sense of ‘Belonging, Being and Becoming’ throughout their entire early childhood journey that they experience within our services. By providing socially just programs with stimulating experiences and positive interactions we aspire to support each family’s efforts in raising their children to become competent and confident learners with skills to equip them for lifelong learning.
